Freon valve

The freon valve is a mandatory hermetic valve, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the disc to prevent leakage of the sealing surface. When the medium enters the valve from the bottom of the globe valve disc, the resistance that the operating force needs to restrain is the friction of the stem and packing and the thrust caused by the pressure of the medium. Medium flow direction should enter the valve chamber from above the disc. At this time, under the pressure of medium, the pressure of closing the valve is small, while the pressure of opening the valve is large, and the diameter of the valve stem can be reduced accordingly. When the globe valve is opened, the opening height of the disc, 25%~30% of the nominal diameter, the flow has reached the maximum, indicating that the valve has been fully open. So the full open position of the globe valve should be determined by the stroke of the disc.
